Who buys the materials?

If you would prefer not to worry about the details, we can order the materials on your behalf, and we’ll be sure to run the final materials cost by you before proceeding with the purchase.
Who pulls the permits?
We pull any and all permits if they are needed.
Can we change the layout?
Yes we can, but this will incur extra costs due to permits, plumbing, and electrical work that’s required to be done to do a layout change. We are happy to provide you with a free quote if this is something you are considering.
Where can we go to pick out tiles and flooring?
We use multiple suppliers for tile and flooring ideas. Home Depot, Lowes , and Floors and Decor. We have accounts with these major vendors that allow us to pass on savings to the homeowner.
