Who buys the materials?
We leave this up to you! One of the ways we are able to beat the quotes of competitors, is by connecting you directly with our suppliers, so you get materials at discounted rates with no markup. If you would prefer not to worry about the details, we can order the materials on your behalf, and we’ll be sure to run the final materials cost by you before proceeding with the purchase.
Who pulls the permits?
We pull any and all permits if they are needed.
How much does a Kitchen Renovation Cost?
Kitchen renovations typically start at around $5,500, and can go as high as $40,000, it depends on a lot of factors such as: Materials used, number of cabinets, whether you would like things like a tile backsplash or granite countertops. Stone costs usually start from 65$ per sqft, and can go as high as 250$ a sqft.
Do you do the drawings and layouts?
Yes, we measure up the floor plan, and will get blueprints and permits if any plumbing or electrical is being moved.
What's the turnaround time?
2 to 3 weeks unless you get instock items.
Do you have different cabinet prices?
Yes, we offer top of the line cabinets, as well as builder grade, depending on where we’re installing. If it’s an apartment or rental, we will direct you to the builder grade cabinets to save on over head. We’re always thinking of ways to save you money.
Can we change the layout?
Yes we can, but this will incur extra costs due to permits, plumbing, and electrical work that’s required to be done to do a layout change. We are happy to provide you with a free quote if this is something you are considering.
